Sustainable Asset Fund

Many people come through our sustainable doorway. We’ve noticed that some are investors looking for places to put their money in the green space. We’ve noticed that some are people with wonderful projects that need investment. We’ve decided to create a fund to match these opportunities and to give Calor an option to take a stake in renewable energy deals we facilitate for our clients. We currently have a list of projects with solid fundamentals and are in negotiations with three large investment funds.

 

CARBONZO prototype rolls out cool kiosk for purchasing Carbon Offset Credits from Carbonfund.org!

designSmart hired Calor to create an ATM-like kiosk that sells carbon offset credits to eco-conscious college students. Calor named the project CARBONZO, did the research, wrote an RFP, and selected Kiosk.com to build the units, and In Touch Technology to create the very cool “gaming” software.
